The IRS and the Black-Robed Cover Up
M.J. "Red" Beckman
Common Sense Press, MT. 1983. First edition paperback. Some light toning to the rear and slight chipping to the edges, an excellent copy.
Quite a strange and rare one here - this is classic "crank literature". Our author, "Red" Beckman, asserts that the "tax code" (note - not law) is unconstitutional, yet federal courts will not take up good faith arguments against it. This all goes back to the idea that the 16th amendment to the constitution was never properly ratified, thus rendering our whole tax code illegal! The text is a maze of typewritten pages, federal documents, a handful of illustrations, and other supporting documentation for the case that none of us should be paying taxes!
Highly recommended, and exceedingly rare.
