I offer this copy of the G Spot not so much out of rarity (published in 1981, it was a hit and many copies exist) but out of public service. YOU need this one and you know why. 

This one is quite fun in how it mixes po-faced scientific rigor with salacious storytelling. Worth the price of admission for those who consider themselves "giving."
