The Duplex Planet, NY. 1991. Three zines in lovely condition; some adhesive residue from mailing labels on two of them. 

The Duplex Planet is a long running zine (since 1979!) wherein David Greenberger interviews seniors at various meal sites, including the titular "Duplex Nursing Home". Equally harrowing, poignant, and hopeful and really quite funny. Highly recommended - you can get years and years of back issue off his site, so start here and see what you think!
