This is an expanded 19th anniversary issue, so a bit bigger than usual and with some awesome pieces such as:

"Clear and Present Danger" (On the film, about sending actors to sniper school.)

"Waco: Justice Takes a Holiday" (A shameful footnote around the judge tossing the jury's recommendations and giving out maximum sentences across the board.)

"Law Enforcement Above the Law?" (A big Fuck You to the PD; citing the institutionalized arrogance of your average officer.)

"Paying for Peace" (On Colombian government bribes to Guerillas, dark stuff.)

Another anti-estalishment issue focused on Waco, the arrogance of the police, and attacks on the second amendment. The darkness that is to come becomes deeper.
