Popeye magazine is a long running "men's interest" (The Magazine for City Boys) periodical based out of Japan renowned for it's sumptuous photo spreads and deep dives into topics as broad as Ivy Style, to proper hamburgers, to BMX racing, and so on. This very early issue, in incredible condition, is filled with incredible content including:

a massive, lavishly illustrated piece on BMX racing
