Crash at Corona
Don Berliner & Stanton T. Friedman
Marlowe and Company, NY. 1997. Later paperback printing. In quite good shape; a bit of curling on front edge of the cover. Clean otherwise, an excellent copy.
From the publisher:
"On July 8, 1947, the U.S. Army stated that the remains of a "flying disk" had been recovered from a ranch near Corona, New Mexico. Now, this book exposes the government's successful 40-year conspiracy to conceal the truth behind America's most documented UFO encounter."
We all know the Roswell story (or do we?) but this book is a very fun deeper than usual dive into the alternative story of a second UFO crash site. In the long chain of UFO scholarship, one can't help but wonder if this second crash is the very same one that Diane Pasulka talks about in "American Cosmic". Intriguing stuff, well told. Stanton T. Friedman fairly GOATED.
